Youth Intellectual Platform

Ahmedabad Design Week

Ahmedabad Design Week is held each year as a tribute to Ahmedabad, being the first Indian Heritage City as declared by UNESCO and is revered as the cradle of all design education in India.

ADW is a three-day design festival which was hosted this year in January 2020, as the curtain raiser to one of the largest convention centres; Shree Shakti Convention Centre, a project of our group company, DA Infrastructure.

ADW aims to be the melting pot for the design industry by bringing on a single platform a range of inspiring talks, seminars, networking and exhibition opportunities along with experiential workshops. The best of designers, creators, innovative thinkers and leaders assemble to deliberate and engage with the youth in Design Communication relevant to the trends of the global community.

The 3 day festival was closed with an Ethnic Khadi Fashion Show showcasing the collection of none other than UmangHutheesing, who has carried the responsibility & legacy of Indian Ethnicity and tradition and is known as the Royal Cultural Revitalist.
